Certificate
This program covers the major elements of a house and the
principal components of a home inspection. A written home inspection report
will detail the home's condition including the heating and cooling systems, the
plumbing and electrical systems, the roof and siding, as well as the framing

Maya 5. 0
Art, model, and character animators work in 3D, 2D, as
well as other media, using their imagination to create characters with
realistic motion of everyday life. With this certification program, students
can begin their career in the 3D Gaming Profession fully equipped with a solid
foundation in art and animation using Maya 5.0. Students will also learn skills
in computer graphics, animation, and audio/video techniques. The goal of this
program is for the student to have a digital portfolio that showcases their
imagination, creativity, and skills that make it all come to life.

We build

online learning experience. Instructors are actively involved in the student's
online learning experience. They respond to any questions or concerns as well
as encourage and motivate the students to succeed. Each program has a set of
lessons and tests; student's grades are calculated using a combination of
computer-graded tests and the instructor's evaluation of the student's work.
